Dermastamp

Unlike heat based technology, the Dermastamp uses very fine needles to promote tissue stimulation. Once old scars are broken, new collagen will help soften out topical visible scars.

What is a Dermastamp treatment?

The Dermastamp is a vibrational stamping device, unlike a manual handheld roller. The micro needles create thousands of tiny puncture wounds so as the skin repairs itself, the body generates new healthy skin cells.

The Dermastamp can be used on any skin colour and skin type since heat is not being used.

The dermastamp is used to treat:

  • Tissue regeneration
  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Collagen induction therapy
  • Scar reduction therapy
  • Fine lines
  • Wrinkles
  • Deep wrinkles
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Reduce pore size
  • Stretch marks
  • Acne scarring
  • Skin tightening
  • Isolated scarring
  • Hair loss therapy
  • PRP therapy

How is the procedure performed and when will I see results?

Firstly, the skin is cleaned and sterilised. To ensure your comfort, the skin is numbed and therefore the treatment is considered painless. The tip will glide over your skin creating stimulating channels and an even flushing is the best indication for a perfect medical treatment.

The treatment usually takes around 1.5 hours in total. You will see results instantly. However collagen will grow from around the 6 week mark. Your skin will continue to improve over 6 to 12 months.

For scars and acne scar reduction we recommend having 4-6 treatments, 4 weeks apart.

Post treatment care

The inflammatory reaction of the skin is extremely short and fades significantly within hours from redness to pinkish that may last from 12 to 48 hours on average.

In order to reduce visible redness, we recommend topical healing minerals and hyaluronic acid to help hydrate the skin post treatment. Your skin will become very dry, therefore we recommend a soothing cleanser to clean and an extra hydrating moisturiser may be needed. Zinc sun protection is also recommended.

Can you increase results at home?

Dermaroller recommends their homecare roller system to help stimulate the skin and help penetrate ingredients deeper into it. Use every second day or even just once a week to see results.
